submit from inframe scroll up the parent page

submit from inframe scroll up the parent page

Is is possible to scroll all the way up the parent page that contains an
iframe when a submit button is clicked inside the iframe page ?
the iframe contains a website created with asp.net, and the parent page is
a simple html page...

UPdate: the reason why i ask this is because my asp.net project contains a
survey that is really long and when i submit it should (and it does)
redirect to a thank you page, but this thank you page is all the way up in
the iframe of the parent page, but i am left at the bottom of the parent
page...
