How to create a time series graphics grouped by weekday

I'm trying to find a mode to analise a lot of data from 2000 different
bike_sharing station in different cities. I have files with diffrent
data(ex:number of bikes, freebikes at the station, timestamp) for any
station. And I would like to get some graphics like that: Pic1 But at the
moment I have not found any info how to do it o how to do something like
that.
